Remove bowl from exterior packaging. Pierce the film 3-4 times to vent. Place in microwave oven and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Carefully pull back film and stir. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Enjoy!
