Plant-Based Meatless Italian Pizza

No meat? No problem! Good stuff (mushrooms, oil, and spices) replaces the not-so-good stuff in conventional Italian sausage (pork, beef, sodium nitrite, and other chemicals) to keep this popular pizza topping available to everyone. Preheat over to 475°F. Remove plastic and cardboard tray. Place frozen pizza on center rack. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes.

Safety: To assure food safety and protect the quality, keep this pizza frozen until ready to bake. Thoroughly cook this pizza to 165°F (don’t eat it unbaked), and remember that oven temperatures vary, so adjust it and/or the baking time as required.
